What is my motivation for this blog as well as my other social media (all with the same themes and messages)? To be honest I have been on the weight loss roller coaster and it's causing me nausea. I have tried many things and some things have worked and others not. As I get older I realize I know all the things I need to do to stay healthy and fit (I think most of us do). My struggle has always been being consistent and staying motivated. Upon reflection of my experiences I have identified my areas of weakness and am ready to stop the madness.
In addition I am marrying the most amazing man in October and I want to be a healthy beautiful bride.
So here we go!
This morning I stepped on the scale, otherwise known as the evil thing below my feet. And do you know what numbers it showed? Of course you don't. You can't possibly guess because I had to look twice. Wait for it, Wait for it....a whopping 164 lbs. I am carrying around extra fat equivalent to a 4 year old. Now that is just stupid and ridiculous and it has to go.
My goal is to lose 20 lbs by my wedding day. And then another 14 lbs within 3 months after the wedding. That means I will be 130 lbs at the end of my journey.
I needed to find products that were convenient, weren't 50 million items to choose from and kept me consistent. I am using Nutrie products to help me with my weight loss. As well as the Automatic Body Website and App. Automatic Body is all about One Small Change a week. In my next blog I will go into details about these two items.
